Progress on Just Eat Takeaway.com share buyback
programme

Just Eat Takeaway.com N.V. (LSE: JET, AMS: TKWY), hereinafter
the "Company", or together with its group companies "Just Eat
Takeaway.com", one of the world's largest online food delivery
marketplaces, hereby
reports the
transaction details related to its €150 million share buyback
programme
announced on 31 July
2024.
From 9 September 2024 up to and
including 13 September 2024 a total of 466,484 shares were
repurchased at an average price of €12.2103 on Euronext Amsterdam,
a total of 123,593 shares were repurchased at an average price of
€12.2784 on Cboe DXE and a total of 19,454 shares were repurchased
at an average price of €12.3167 on Turquoise. Following the
settlement of the above transactions, the Company will hold
15,925,242 shares in treasury.
Up to and including 13 September
2024, the total consideration for shares repurchased under this
share buyback programme amounts to €23,749,681.
