The Company has been notified that on 27 April 2017, Paula Moore
exercised 39,390 Jupiter Long Term Incentive Plan options granted
in 2014 ("LTIP") and 8,138 Jupiter Deferred Bonus Plan options
granted in 2014 ("DBP") (the "Options Exercised") over ordinary
shares of 2 pence each in the Company. The Options Exercised were
sold on 27 April 2017.
