Kerry Investor Day, Trading Update and Share Buyback Programme

Investor Day

Kerry is today (8^th October) hosting its in-person US investor event in Beloit WI. The event will showcase the significant development of Kerry's science and technology portfolio, combined with its strong positioning in the Americas, emerging markets and the foodservice channel, which are expected to be key contributors to future market outperformance and greater penetration growth. Trading Update

Ahead of this event, Kerry is making the following update on current trading: The Group expects results for Q3 2024 to be in line with market expectations. No further details on current trading will be provided until 24 October, when Q3 2024 results are published.

Share Buyback

At the half year 2024 results, the Group announced its intention to initiate a further share buyback programme. This programme will be up to €300 million of Kerry Group plc ordinary shares and it is intended that it will commence post the completion of the current programme.
