Medusa  was informed on 4 November 2010 that as of 29 September 2010 Rex Harbour 
and  associates  (which  includes  City  Securities Limited, Gamma Nominees Ltd, 
Deborah  Harbour,  Gideon  Harbour,  Gabriel  Harbour,  Daniel  Harbour, Harbour 
Foundation  and Cead  Trust) were  interested in  a total of 19,244,539 ordinary 
shares  of nil par value in the Company which represents approximately 10.26% of 
the  issued  share  capital  of  the  Company.   This  represents a reduction in 
shareholding  of  1,531,099 ordinary  shares  in  the Company since the previous 
shareholding notification by Rex Harbour and associates.
