                   Notification of major interests in shares


The Company received notification on 30 December 2003 from Landfinance Limited
that on this date it increased its notifiable interest in the Company by 250,000
ordinary shares to 965,000 ordinary shares, representing 4.47 per cent. of the
issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
