Following the acquisition yesterday of 200,000 ordinary shares of EUR0.01 each in the capital of the Company, Kinney Asset Management, LLC is now the holder of 5,037,100 ordinary shares of EUR0.01 each in Origin. This holding represents approximately 4.0% of the Company's issued share capital, excluding treasury shares.
