The directors are pleased to announce that the Company has made an allotment of
146,250 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company under the 2002/2003 offer for
subscription announced on 2 October 2002.

It is expected that dealings will commence on Wednesday 27 November 2002.

Mr APG Holmes has subscribed for 50,000 Ordinary Shares as part of this
allotment and following this his interest in the ordinary share capital will be
150,320 Ordinary Shares.
