Exercise of
Options
The Company has received a request
to exercise options over 19,982 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company. The request has been satisfied by the allotment of new
ordinary shares issued under the Company's allotment
authorities.
The New Ordinary Shares rank pari
passu in all respects with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares.
An application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the
19,982 New Ordinary Shares (the "New Ordinary Shares") to be
admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). Admission is expected to
occur at 8.00am on 11 June 2024.
The options the subject of the
Request had an exercise price of nil pence per
share.
Admission of shares and total voting rights
Following Admission, the total
issued share capital of the Company will consist of 14,620,277
ordinary shares. As each ordinary share carries the right to
one vote, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be
14,620,277. This number may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if
they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their
interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
