                               Additional listing

The Company has issued a further 16,519,489 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") to meet the consideration due in respect of
additional valid acceptances received under the Offer for Fusion Oil & Gas PLC.

Admission to trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock
Exchange ("AIM") and dealings are expected to commence on 16 January 2004.
Following admission, the issued share capital of the Company will be 797,145,737
Ordinary Shares.
