                       TradingSports Exchange Systems plc

                            Resignation of Director


The Board of TradingSports Exchange Systems plc ("TradingSports" or the "Company
") announces the resignation of Andrew White, a non-executive director of the
Company, with immediate effect. Mr White had been a non-executive director since
August 2002, and was involved in the successful flotation of the Company in May
2003.


Andrew Tottenham, the Company's Chairman, commented:


"We would like to thank Andrew for his valuable contribution to the Company's
first year as a listed company. We recently announced the appointment of Mark
Banwell as a non-executive director who will help take TradingSports further
execute on its business plan."


Andrew White, commenting on his departure, said:


"TradingSports is now in a very strong position and has built an appropriate
board structure for the next phase of its development. I look forward to
remaining involved with the Company on a consultancy basis."
