Results of AGM


At the Company's AGM held today, resolutions approving the Company's financial 
statements, the reappointment of auditors and the re-election of Directors were 
passed.


Resolutions with regard to the Directors authority to allot shares were
withdrawn because they purported to give the Directors authority to allot shares
in excess of the authorised but unissued share capital. The authorities which
were put in place at the EGM of the Company, which was held on 15 September
2004, remain in place.
