Appointment of Chief
Financial Officer
Xaar plc ("Xaar", the "Group" or the
"Company"), the leading inkjet printing technology group, today
announces that Paul James has been appointed the permanent Chief
Financial Officer, effective immediately.
Paul has served as Interim Chief
Financial Officer since 20th November 2024. Prior to
this, Paul was Group CFO of Biffa from September 2023 to October
2024 and Group CFO of Genuit Group plc from March 2018 to September
2023. In addition, Paul has held a number of senior positions at
Currys plc, Inchcape plc and British American Tobacco
plc.
