Ace Liberty and Stone Plc (AQSE: ALSP), the active property investment company, capitalising on commercial property investment opportunities across the UK, today announces that Keith Pankhurst, Non-Executive Director, was issued 12,000 ordinary shares at 25p each (the "Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a value of 57.5p each and total value of GBP6,900 in lieu of reimbursement for expenses incurred in the course of his employment. Keith Pankhurst now has 234,604 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.3 % of the Company's voting rights. The Company's total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 71,226,962.
