Exercise of Options
hVIVO plc (AIM: HVO) (formerly Open Orphan plc), a rapidly
growing specialist contract research organisation (CRO) and world
leader in testing infectious and respiratory disease products using
human challenge clinical trials, confirms that it has issued
118,457 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the
Company ("Ordinary Shares"), pursuant to the exercise of share
options by two former employees of the Company. It is expected that
the admission of the Ordinary Shares will occur on 17 November
2022.
Following admission, the Company will have 671,047,771 Ordinary
Shares in issue. This figure of 671,047,771 may be used by
shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they
will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or
a change of their interest in, the Company under the FCA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
