Naspers Launches Sale of Around 22 Million Shares in Prosus

Naspers Ltd. (NPN.JO) said Tuesday that it launched the sale of
around 22 million shares in Prosus NV (PRX.AE).
The South-Africa based internet group said the sale represents
about 1.4% of Prosus's ordinary shares. The placing is expected to
increase the Netherlands-based company's free-float to 27.5% from
26.2%, with Naspers expected to hold about 72.5% of the issued
shares after completion.
Naspers has a 73.8% stake in the company.
