Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

(b) Resignation of Director

 

On July 17 2023, Leslie Copland, a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Willamette Valley Vineyards, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of her resignation from the Board, effective immediately.

 

Ms. Copland was a member of the Compensation Committee of the Board.

 

Ms. Copland’s decision to resign from the Board was for personal reasons and not related to any disagreement with the Company’s management, the Board or the Company’s independent auditors regarding any matter related to the Company’s operations, accounting practices, financial disclosures, internal controls or policies and practices.
