"Company," today announced the Company's shareholders, at their
annual meeting on March 4, 2015, in
Oklahoma City, elected one new
director to a three-year term, re-elected one incumbent director to
an additional three-year term and one incumbent director to an
additional two-year term. New director,
Lee M. Canaan of Pinckney, Mich., and incumbent director,
H. Grant Swartzwelder of
Dallas were elected to three-year
terms and incumbent director, Darryl G.
Smette of Oklahoma City was
elected to a two-year term. In addition, the
shareholders ratified the appointment of Ernst & Young, LLP as
the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for the
fiscal year ending Sept. 30,
2015.
Duke R. Ligon retired from
the Company's board of directors. Mr. Ligon had
served on the board since 2007.
