The Company was notified by Eaglet Investment Trust plc ("the Trust") on 12
August 2003 that, following the issue of new ordinary 2p shares ("Ordinary
Shares") by the Company on 8 August 2003, the Trust is interested in 6,577,756
Ordinary Shares which represents 25.19 per cent. of the Company's issued
Ordinary Share capital.


The Ordinary Shares are held in the name of HSBC Global Custody Nominees Ltd
