PolkaDot Box Incorporated (PINKSHEETS: GPDB) announced
today CEO Rod Smith will issue a letter to shareholders to re-cap
May 2015 progress on the Health Merchant(TM)
Program and with strategic alliance partners including
Overstock.com (NASDAQ: OSTK), a website that gets
over 20 million unique visitors, monthly and Innovision
Health Media ("IHM"), a premier magazine
and periodical publisher in the health and wellness market.

IHM plans to market organic and non-GMO foods through its new,
online health store - The Health & Wellness Store

more than 300,000 health-minded adult readers as a result of
advertising and promotion to its three consumer publications:
Natural Solutions, Alternative Medicine and Eating
Naturally. The first issue of Eating
Naturally is due out in early July 2015. The Health and
Wellness Store will have a spread ad for the inside front
cover of this first issue that will be on over 50,000
newsstands.
May 19, 2015 GPDB announced a partnership agreement with
Overstock.com through its new Farmer's Market platform. We are
providing Overstock.com with selected bundles of themed product
assortments that range from $59 to $131 each. Examples of packaged
goods include baking essentials, paleo, baby and kids, coconuts,
organic snacks and gluten free, among others. Overstock.com will
utilize the unique product selection offered by GPDB to create
packages that will appeal to its health-minded customers.
Overstock.com, a website that gets over 20 million unique
visitors, monthly and is anxiously awaiting the opening of our
eastern distribution center so they can sell our hard-to-get
selections of grass-fed beef, bison, goat and lamb, along with a
range of fresh-caught fish varieties, organic frozen and
refrigerated foods. We should see an immediate, positive impact on
sales resulting from the partnership, but the future looks even
brighter as we expand our distribution footprint.
Health Merchant Tour
Response to our Health Merchant program has been even better
than expected. Those who have attended our presentations in Georgia
and Florida the past seven days have been very enthusiastic and
anxious to become Health Merchants. We should see about $200,000 in
revenues - at about a 70% gross profit margin - resulting from the
tour events so far.
Our goal is 2,000 Health Merchants in 2015, each with 100
customers by year-end, each customer spending an average of $200,
monthly. Accordingly, I'm working on implementing a "massive
action" method to reach all our targets prospects and get 2,000 HM
sales, quickly.
I'm initiating a call, invite, call program using a custom,
dedicated outbound calling campaign. Beginning this next Monday a
tele-marking group, with reputable and personalized calling
practices, will begin - on a small scale for the test period, at
first-to contacting thousands of our target HM prospects. The test
will prove what is really possible.
In theory, we ramp up to generate approximately 300 presentation
submissions to willing target prospects, per day, with a 10-person
calling crew. And, I estimate we can generate 20 to 30 sales per
day; a 6% closing rate. If correct - which can only be proven after
testing - we would generate close to 600 sales in a 30-day
campaign.

Appethyl Project Update
We completed the production phase of our Appethyl(R) infomercial
and commercial spots. Post production will be completed by the end
of this month; then we will go into a 30-60 day testing phase
during which time we have set a goal to sell 25,000 units at an
average price of $57, including S&H fees. Keep in mind we had
over $270,000 in Appethyl sales in January from direct response to
one national magazine article in First for Women.
