MINISTRY OF FINANCE
The Republic of Zambia ("Zambia") would like to invite holders
of its U.S.$750,000,000 5.375 per cent. Notes due 2022,
U.S.$1,000,000,000 8.500 per cent. Notes due 2024 and
U.S.$1,250,000,000 8.970 per cent. Notes due 2027 (together, the "
Notes ", and holders of the Notes, the " Holders ") to join an
update call with Zambia's officials, Zambia's financial and legal
advisors and staff of the International Monetary Fund on Friday, 7
October at 8 am EST/1pm London / 2pm Lusaka to discuss the IMF
Staff Report in respect of Zambia's request for an Extended Credit
Facility and the Debt Sustainability Analysis prepared by the
staffs of the IMF and the World Bank.
Holders who wish to participate in the call should email
elora.fam@whitecase.com to confirm attendance in order to receive
the registration details. This call is intended for Zambia's
creditors only and you may be asked to confirm your holding to
participate in the call. Members of the press are not invited to
attend.
