Conversion Rate for 2020 Interim Dividend
Further to the announcement of the results of Fresnillo plc
("the Company") for the six months ended 30 June 2020 released on
28 July 2020, the directors of the Company have determined that the
exchange rate to be applied to the interim dividend is 1.30914
US$/GBGBP. The sterling equivalent of the interim dividend of 2.3
US cents per share announced on 28 July 2020 will therefore be
1.7569 pence per share.
The interim dividend will be paid on 16 September 2020 to
shareholders on the register on 7 August 2020.
