Progress on Just Eat Takeaway.com share buyback
programme

Just Eat Takeaway.com N.V. (LSE: JET, AMS: TKWY), hereinafter
the "Company", or together with its group companies "Just Eat
Takeaway.com", one of the world's largest online food delivery
marketplaces, hereby
reports the
transaction details related to its €150 million share buyback
programme
announced on 31 July
2024.
From 28 October 2024 up to and
including 1 November 2024 a total of 409,458 shares were
repurchased at an average price of €10.8500 on Euronext Amsterdam,
a total of 112,037 shares were repurchased at an average price of
€10.9021 on Cboe DXE and a total of 20,236 shares were repurchased
at an average price of €10.9654 on Turquoise. Following the
settlement of the above transactions, the Company will hold
8,123,172 shares in treasury.
Up to and including 1 November 2024,
the total consideration for shares repurchased under this share
buyback programme amounts to €62,094,133.
