                             Further Loan Agreement 
 
Further to the announcements made on 3 December 2008, 16 December 2008, 15 
January 2009, 16 February 2009, 12 March 2009, 18 November 2009, 18 February 
2010, 23 February 2010, 12 March 2010, 19 March 2010, 13 May 2010 and 21 June 
2010, the Company announces that a further loan has been advanced to the Company 
by Guild Ventures Limited.  This loan is governed by the conditions of the loan 
agreement made between (i) the Company and (ii) Guild Ventures Limited dated 3rd 
December 2008. 
 
In this instance, Guild Ventures has advanced GBP500,000 which will be used by 
the Company to meet the cost of players' and staff wages due this month. 
 
The total amount to date that has been advanced to the Company by Guild Ventures 
Limited now totals GBP14.36m, including accrued interest. 
As set out in the announcement of 8 July 2010, Deepdale PNE Holdings Limited 
confirmed that the Offer made for the ordinary shares of Preston North End (the 
"Offer")would remain open until further notice.  Before the Offer is closed, at 
least 14 days notice will be given to all Shareholders who have not accepted the 
Offer. 
As at 5.00pm (London time) on 12 July 2010, Deepdale PNE Holdings Limited had 
received valid acceptances of the Offer in respect of 430,264 Preston North End 
Shares.  Together with the shares already held by Deepdale this represents 
approximately 88.50 per cent. of the existing issued share capital of the 
Company. 
Shareholders who wish to accept the Offer, and have not yet done so are urged to 
do so as soon as possible. The procedure for acceptance is set out in paragraph 
13 of Part III of the Offer Document.
