("Pittards", the "Group" or the "Company")
Purchase of own shares and Director/ PDMR dealing
Pittards plc (AIM: PTD), the AIM listed manufacturer of
specialty leather, announces that on 13 November 2020 it purchased
934,210 of its own ordinary shares of 50p each ("Ordinary Shares")
at a price of 38 pence to be held as treasury shares.
The Company now holds 934,210 Ordinary Shares in treasury, and
it is anticipated that these shares will principally be used to
settle LTIP obligations.
In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR
5.6.1R) the Company hereby notifies the market that immediately
following this purchase for treasury its issued share capital will
remain the same and consist of 13,888,690 Ordinary Shares of which
934,210 are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting
rights in the Company is 12,954,480. Shareholders may use this
figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will
determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a
change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure
and Transparency Rules.
The Company, on 16 November 2020, also received notification of
the following dealings in ordinary shares of 50p each in the
capital of the Company.
Stephen Yapp, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 65,789 Ordinary
Shares at a price of 38 pence per share.
Reg Hankey, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 65,789 Ordinary
Shares at a price of 38 pence per share.
Richard Briere, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 39,392
Ordinary Shares at a price of 38 pence per share.
Godfrey Davis, Non-Executive Director, purchased 26,315 Ordinary
Shares at a price of 38 pence per share.
