SectorGuard of 40,000,000 new ordinary shares as part of the consideration for
its recent acquisition of Manguard plc, the holding of Noble AIM VCT plc of
14,000,000 ordinary shares now represents 3.93% of the issued ordinary share
capital of the Company.
