announced the addition of Colonel Albert DeProspero, U.S. Army
(Ret.), to the Company's Corporate Advisory Board. Dave Owen, CEO

Military Systems and Operations Studies and Analysis. With over 36
years' combat arms experience in U.S. military service, Col.
DeProspero has extensive hands-on command expertise in Infantry,
Armor and Special Forces planning, operations and training, as well
as physical and personnel security and survivability for air, land
and maritime facilities and systems. He has planned and performed
"Red Team" penetration and mitigation exercises for the Department
of Defense and Military Services, as well as for critical,
sensitive and conventional weapons storage facilities, commercial
power plants and airports. He served on the Defense Science Board
Security and Interagency Threat Analyses Projects for the Strategic
Defense Initiatives (SDIO) "STARWARS" and The FORCE PROTECTION
study, post the bombing of the Marine Barracks in Lebanon. Col.
DeProspero is also a founder and Plank Member of the Special
Operations and Low Intensity Conflict Division at the National
Defense Industrial Association, where he served as Chairman for six
years. During his government service, he also served as Chief of
Unconventional Warfare and Chief of Special Operations, Office of
the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Col. DeProspero also served as
Commander/Deputy Director and Acting Technical Director for the
U.S. Army Materiel Systems Analysis Activity, supervising
independent evaluation of all Fielded and Developmental Government
Materiel Systems for survivability and effectiveness analysis, as
well as several civilian projects, including vulnerability analysis
of the World Trade Center; the mitigation and survivability of the
City of Hilo, Hawaii, threatened by the eruption of the volcano
Mauna Loa; and the physical security and counter fire analysis of
Narita Airport in Japan receiving mortar and rocket fire by Chu Ga
Ku Ha and other Japanese "Red Army" dissidents. Distinguished with
26 U.S. personal awards and nine foreign awards, Col. DeProspero is
in the U.S. Army Infantry School Hall of Fame; is a Knight of
Malta, Order of St. John; and a recipient of the NDIA Special
Operations/Low Intensity Conflict: R. Lynn Rylander Memorial Award
