On February 22, 2021, the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors of Ability Inc. (the “Company”) approved the extension of the exercise period of the put options which were granted to Messrs., Anatoly Hurgin and Alexander Aurovsky, by virtue of the merger agreement between the Company and Cambridge Holdco Corp. as of December 23, 2015, for an additional five years, until March 1, 2026.

On February 22, 2021 the Company published an immediate report in Israel reporting the abovementioned A translated copy of the immediate report is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
