BioTech Medics, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BMCS) announced today that the
company is negotiating with one of the nation's premier franchise
consulting firms that specializes in enhancing and developing
innovative new leading concepts such as the existing four operating
BioTech L3aser (TM) Pain Management & Wellness Centers.
The group specializes in franchise consulting, franchise sales,
marketing, real estate location assistance, advertising,
development of territories and private equity placement.
Keith Houser, Chairman and CEO of BioTech, stated: "Our company
is poised to be a part of the $126 Billion Pain Management
industry. Our goal has been to have 100 or more BioTech L3aser(TM)
Centers operating nationwide, similar to the 80 Lasik-Plus Eye
Vision Centers currently operating today. The strategic franchise
alliance we are negotiating will put BioTech on fast-track to
accomplish or exceed our goals."
By offering franchises BioTech will receive a franchise fee,
revenue from 1) the sale of medical lasers, 2) training of staff
fees, 3) monthly protocol/royalty fees and 4) sales from SHBAN(TM)
/ BioBody(TM) products based on the gross income of each BioTech
L3aser Center. Franchise Registration with each state regulatory
agency will be required. The company is negotiating with a law firm
specializing in franchises.
BioTech Medics is a 10-year-old company that has developed
proprietary pain management protocols utilizing patented FDA 510(k)
cleared high powered medical therapeutic lasers for reducing or
eliminating muscular, skeletal, nerve and/or arthritic pain over
the entire body. The procedures are drug-free, quick (15 to 30
minutes) safe and non-invasive. BioTech has affiliated centers
operating in Dallas, Kansas City (Overland Park), Albuquerque and
Santa Fe, NM.
BioTech's advantage over competition is their protocols for the
patent protected high-powered therapeutic medical lasers that the
patient feels healing their body with light. Most competitors use
"cold lasers" that operate with 5,000 to 12,000 times less power.
Patients cannot feel a cold laser. Back pain, carpal tunnel,
shoulder, knees and hip pain are treated in each center.
