Chinese auto maker Dongfeng Motor Group Co. (0489.HK) said
Friday it plans to issue bonds outside China to refinance a loan to
fund its investment in French car maker PSA Peugeot Citroën
(UG.FR).
The Hong Kong-listed company didn't disclose the size of the
planned bond issuance in its statement.
Earlier this year, the Wuhan-based car maker, one of the
nation's biggest, invested US$1.1 billion for a 14% stake in the
struggling French car maker.
