Mr. Edwards offers over forty years of oil & gas experience both in oil field operations, production engineering, and development and management of oil & gas products / onsite processing for asset recovery and production enhancement.

Dewayne’s experience includes engineering duties and management in oil & gas services that include; Petrolite Corporation, ARCO Chemical, PetroChem Corporation, and Superior Oilfield Products. His forte has always been development of technology and services, then overseeing field applications for oil & gas production enhancement and development. Mr. Edwards has overseen operations for multiple oil & gas properties.

David Brewer – General Manager

David has over 25 years of experience as a general contractor and has a specialty focus in national industrial accounts such as Wal-Mart, Tyson Foods, Dollar General Store, FedEx, O’Reilly’s Auto Parts, Cargill, and others. He excelled in revenue and profitability gains annually in diversified commercial, industrial, and multi-family markets.

David offers eight years of background exclusive to roofing systems and protective coatings processes. He will have responsibility for the roofing services and construction management.

Richard Billings – Technology Director

Richard Billings has more than 30 years’ experience in industrial research with a primary focus in oil & gas, and environmental processes. Mr. Billings has over 150 formulae now being marketed in the USA, Australia, Germany, China, Saudi Arabia, and Canada. All of Richard’s patents are for environmental and energy related products and processes.

Richard will be directly responsible for review of all technologies considered by SHI and for the development of technologies utilized by SHI.

Rick Coody – Manager of Environmental Remediation Services

Rick offers over twenty years’ experience concentrated in the areas of environmental and energy facility operations and departmental management, remediation services, logistics, contract negotiations, equipment acquisitions, license and permits. The acquired skills and experience have contributed ongoing to substantial profit increase in both field services and plant operations.

Rick has served in key management for Schlumberger, Serva Group, Waste Express, Amerex Companies, and PEMCO.

Tammy Trotter – Marketing Manager

Ms. Trotter has over 14 years of sales management and marketing experience. She will lead marketing and customer service efforts to include problem resolution facilitation for most expedient results for our clients in all three divisions with a primary focus in Silex Interiors with their large client base and retail business environment.
