Result of General
Meeting
ASOS announces that all resolutions were duly
passed by means of a poll at the Company's General Meeting held
today. The results of the poll vote for each resolution are set out
below.

As at the date of the General
Meeting, the Company's issued and fully paid share capital consists
of 119,334,341 Ordinary Shares with a nominal value of 3.5 pence
each ("Ordinary Shares"), with one voting right per share. The
Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The
total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore
119,334,341.
In accordance with Listing Rule
9.6.2 copies of the resolutions will be submitted to the FCA
National Storage Mechanism together with copies of the new and
amended scheme rules, which will shortly be available for
inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
