    DORADA CORPORATION

    Dorada Corporation ("Dorada") has removed the credit rating trigger for Enforcement from its structure by way of an amendment to the
definition of Enforcement Event (pursuant to the terms of Dorada's structural documentation).

    This trigger was originally designed to put Dorada into Enforcement in the event that Dorada's senior debt programmes were no longer
rated investment grade. 

    The other Enforcement Event triggers currently in Dorada's structure, including insolvency, are unaffected and remain in place.
