Additional Listing and TVR
Escher Group Holdings plc (AIM: ESCH, "Escher" or the "Group"),
a world leading provider of outsourced, point of service software
to the postal industry, announces that the Group has issued 2,668
new Ordinary Shares under the Escher Group Holdings plc Share
Option Scheme in January 2018 ("Option Shares").
A listing application has been made to the London Stock Exchange
for the 2,668 new Option Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM
and an additional 4,658 shares as a result of a block listing
shortfall to also be admitted to trading on AIM. The trading on AIM
for these 7,326 shares is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 9
February 2018 and they will rank pari passu in all respects with
the existing Ordinary Shares of the Group.
Total Voting Rights
Following admission of the new Option Shares, the total number
of voting rights in the Group will be 18,810,422 and this figure
may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations
by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in the Group.
