Further to the announcement made on 13 July 2007, Innobox plc (the "Company")
announces that the Company Voluntary Arrangement of I F Hotels Limited
("IFHL"), a subsidiary of the Company, has now completed. As a result of this
arrangement Innobox has received the sum of �55,297.64 in settlement of the
outstanding debt, which totaled �210,814, owed to the Company by IFHL.
