Notice to ETP Securityholders of the following Series of ETP Securities issued by Leverage Shares plc (the "Issuer"):

Leverage Shares 3x NVIDIA ETP Securities (ISIN: IE00BK5BZR99)

Leverage Shares 2x NVIDIA ETP Securities (ISIN: IE00BD09ZX56)

Leverage Shares 2x Apple ETP Securities (ISIN: IE00BF03XJ35)

Leverage Shares 2x Microsoft ETP Securities (ISIN: IE00BF03XY85)

(the "Relevant Series")

Capitalised terms used, but not defined, in this notice shall have the meaning given thereto in the Notices of Adjourned Meeting of ETP Securityholders of the Relevant Series dated 23 April 2024 and the Amended and Restated Master Definitions Schedule in relation to the Leverage Shares plc collateralised exchange traded securities programme dated 18 October 2023.

On 8 May 2024 the Issuer announced that the ETP Securityholders of the Relevant Series approved the Division of the ETP Securities of the Relevant Series.

The Division will apply to ETP Securityholders of record as of the close of markets on 23 May 2024. The first trading date of the post- Division ETP Securities will be 24 May 2024.

The Division will be effected by a Division Supplemental Trust Deed.
