Extension of Broker Offer to Monday 31 October

DeepVerge, the environmental and life science group of companies that develops and applies AI and IoT technology to analytical instruments for the analysis and identification of bacteria, virus and toxins, announces that further to the notification of 27 October 2022 the Broker Offer has been extended to 12.30 p.m. on Monday 31 October.

The Broker Offer was originally scheduled to close at 4.30 p.m. on Friday, 28 October 2022, however in response to requests from existing shareholders who require more time to undertake administration with their broker, the Company and Turner Pope have agreed an extension.

A further announcement will be made following the close of the Broker Offer.

Terms and definitions in this notification are as defined in the notification of 27 October 2022.
