Smithson Investment Trust plc announces that on 10 March 2025, it purchased for holding in treasury 188,008 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 1,497.05 pence per share.

Following this transaction, the Company has 51,545,549 ordinary shares held in treasury and 125,562,409 ordinary shares in circulation. The total number of ordinary shares in issue is 177,107,958.
