The following Final Terms are available for
viewing:
Final Terms dated 3 April 2024 (the
Final Terms) relating to
the issue by Imperial Brands Finance Netherlands B.V.
of €100,000,000 5.250 per cent. Notes due 15 February 2031 (the
Notes) to be consolidated
and form a single series with the outstanding €950,000,000 5.250
per cent. Notes due 15 February 2031 issued in two tranches on 15
February 2023 and 12 September 2023 irrevocably and unconditionally
guaranteed by Imperial Brands PLC under the €15,000,000,000 Debt
Issuance Programme (the Programme) established by Imperial
Brands Finance PLC and Imperial Brands Finance Netherlands
B.V..
The Final Terms must be read in conjunction with the
prospectus in respect of the Programme dated 16 February 2024
including all documents incorporated by reference (the Prospectus), which constitutes a base
prospectus for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 as it
forms part of United Kingdom domestic law by virtue of the European
Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, and the Conditions set forth in the
prospectus dated 25 January 2023 (the Conditions) which are incorporated by
reference in the Prospectus. Full information on Imperial Brands
Finance Netherlands B.V., and in respect of the offer of the Notes,
is only available on the basis of the combination of the
Prospectus, the Conditions and the Final Terms in respect of the
Notes.
