The following Director of the Company has today exercised mature share options
granted in 1996 under the Company's Unapproved Executive Share Option Scheme,
over the number of 5p ordinary shares stated below:

Following this exercise, Mr Norris sold 150,000 ordinary shares of 5p each at
297p per share.  The proceeds from this disposal will be used to finance the
costs of exercise and to meet the tax liability arising on the exercise of the
options.

Following this transaction the interest of Mr Norris in the ordinary share
capital of  Computacenter plc is 1,821,265 shares (0.97%).
