In his new position, Crowe is responsible for the overall management of the company's real estate assets in Austin, Houston, San Antonio, and Amarillo, Texas, as well as Wichita, Kansas. His duties include planning, leasing, financial analyses and investor reporting for each asset in the assigned portfolio. Crowe previously served as a member of the boards of the Building Owners and Managers Association and The Texas Guaranteed Student Loan Corporation, where he served as an appointee of the Texas Commissioner of Higher Education. Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors, Crowe was a senior managing director with Kennedy Wilson, where he provided Fortune 100 and regional clients redevelopment, planning and a variety of other real estate services such as transaction management, asset management, financial analysis, and management practice training.
