Meeting
The Annual
General Meeting of Engage XR Holdings plc was held
at Unit 9, Cleaboy Business Park, Old
Kilmeaden Road, Waterford, X91 AX83, Ireland on 27 June 2024 at 11:00 a.m.
All 11 resolutions put to members were
passed on a poll. Resolutions 1 to
10 were passed as ordinary resolutions and
resolution 11 was
passed as a special resolution.
