Pittards plc ("Pittards" or the "Company"), the specialist
producer of technically advanced leather and luxury leather goods
for sale to retailers, manufacturers and distributors, has been
informed that on 17 June 2021, Richard Briere Chief Financial
Officer, bought 10,000 shares at a price of 53.2 pence per
share.
Following the trade, Mr Briere's holding in the Company is
135,000 shares which represents 1.04% of the Company's issued share
capital.
