Disclosure of Dealings

The Company announces that on 22 January 2015, Michael Edelson purchased 6,318,704 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), equivalent to 1.32 per cent. of its voting share capital. The transaction was effected by an off market transaction at a price of 1.5 pence per share.

Following the purchase, Mr Edelson now holds a total of 27,584,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 5.75 per cent. of the voting share capital of the Company.
