today that it has promoted David J. Rike to the position of Vice
President - Sales effective July 1, 2006. In his new position, Mr.
Rike will lead the company's efforts in sales management, account
development, and customer relationship management. Mr. Rike brings
more than eight years of sales and management experience to this
position. Most recently, Dave has held the position of Vice
President - Strategic Accounts after being promoted from Director -
Industry Sales. Dave joined Edict Systems in 1998 and has
experienced increased responsibilities since that date. Prior to
joining Edict, Dave attended both Miami University and Wright State
