Remarks:
EA Armament & Surveillance Technologies Inc., registered in New York State, of an
address at 555 Madison Avenue, Fifth Floor, New York, NY 10022, has at this time
acquired approximately 19% of American Defense Systems (ADFS), and has discovered no
active executive leadership in the company. In order to safeguard our investments, our
Board of Directors have resolved that we should serve as "Acting General Manager", in
ensuring timely SEC compliance, pursuing the updating of regulatory filings, and
making all past due payments to respective US Federal agencies, Delaware State
Division of Corporations, and the OTC. Thereafter, our Board has mandated that we
shall conduct a strategic review as to the future of the company. These filings are
in accordance with that mandate. |
