DIRECTORATE CHANGES
International Workplace Group plc
(the "Company"), the world's largest hybrid
workspace platform with a network in over 120 countries through
flexible workspace brands such as Regus, Spaces, HQ, Signature and
Worka, announces that François Pauly will step
down as Non-Executive Director, Senior Independent Director and
Chair of its Nomination Committee with effect on 31 December 2024,
having served on the Board since 19 May 2015.
The Company is pleased to announce
that Tarun Lal will replace François as Senior Independent Director
and Chair of the Nomination Committee on an interim basis whilst
the Nomination Committee continues its ongoing process of
identifying suitable candidates for appointment to the
Board.
Commenting on the changes announced
today, Douglas Sutherland, Chairman of the Company,
said:

made to the Board over the last nine years during which time IWG
has significantly strengthened its position as the global leader in
