Director Dealings

The Company was notified today that, on 1st April 2003, John Webber, Chairman of
CSS Stellar, sold 130,000 ordinary shares of 50p each in the capital of the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 54.5p per Ordinary Share to B Webber
Holdings Limited, a company controlled by Mr Webber and his family.

As a consequence of the transaction John Webber's beneficial interest in the
ordinary share capital of the Company remains unchanged at 1,865,668 Ordinary
Shares or 7.24%.
