FreeButton, Inc. (OTCQB: FBTN) today announced that it has entered
into a letter-of-intent to acquire an established advertising
agency, Media Rhythm Group, Inc., established in December 2009.
Media Rhythm represents various media properties including 14
magazines (Surfer, Surfing, Powder, Snowboarder, Skateboarder,
Canoe & Kayak, Standup Paddler, Bike, Dirt Rider, ATV Rider,
Paved, Baseball America, Slam, Alert Diver), 17+ websites and
numerous events that are available for integrated sponsorships.
James Lynch, CEO of FreeButton, said that "Media Rhythm provides
several strategic benefits to FreeButton. It brings high value
advertising accounts which have tremendous sell-through potential
for our API product; it creates a broader pool of advertisers that
can be cross-promoted with FreeButton, Social Click and Cause Click
products; it brings additional, proven revenue streams including
print and digital advertising and event marketing; and it enables
FreeButton to become a more full-service advertising firm."
This move is part of FreeButton's broader strategy to establish
and build a foothold in the burgeoning marketplace for developing
marketing solutions to the Mellennial demographic audience.
Business Update

2013, with the goal of proving out a new, high impact form of
marketing, which enables brand and marketing partners to extend
their value proposition to consumers in an entertaining way which

Other Key Developments
In addition to the Media Rhythm acquisition,
- We plan to unveil our unique, B2B API as a new FreeButton
marketing solution, with a "plug and play" marketing campaign
framework for partner websites to implement;
- We continue to develop new user-generated online marketing
solutions that we believe will resonate with our marketing
partners, and which will be available for Media Rhythm to market
downstream to its customers; and
- We have terminated plans to acquire SponsorMe, Inc. There are
no penalties for termination.
