Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

Pursuant to an employment agreement executed March 29, 2015 and the subsequent Board of Directors meeting held on April 21, 2015, Edward D. Ciofani has been appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer for WhereverTV Broadcasting Corporation (OTCPINK: TVTV). Mr. Ciofani has also been appointed to the Board of Directors as Co-Chairman. Mark Cavicchia will remain on the Board of Directors as Co-Chairman and assume the newly formed position of Chief Digital Officer.
