The Annual Report and Accounts of Treatt in respect of the financial year ended 30 September 2023, together with the Notice of the 2024 Annual General Meeting on pages 142 to 153 of the annual report, are available on the Treatt website at www.treatt.com .

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 and DTR 6.3.5, the following documents have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism :

   --    Annual Report and Accounts ("Annual Report ") 
   --    Notice of 2024 Annual General Meeting on pages 142 to 153 of the Annual Report ("Notice of AGM ") 
   --    Form of proxy for the 2024 AGM
